By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, part numbers, and compatibility information.

Customers are responsible for checking the manufacturer part number, machine model, serial number, and product specifications before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you need help identifying the correct part.

Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to identify products and compatibility. TimPartsShop is an independent reseller unless otherwise stated.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation means that we received your order. We may cancel or reject an order due to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment problems or suspected fraud
Shipping or legal restrictions
An invalid delivery address

If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, it will be provided after shipment.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees unless these charges are included at checkout.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible return requests must currently be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering. Products damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or use with incompatible equipment may not qualify for a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Product use

Products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Installation should be performed by a qualified person where appropriate.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Website use

You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including:

Providing false order or payment information
Attempting unauthorized access
Uploading harmful software
Copying or extracting website content without permission
Infringing intellectual property rights
